Since this website does not support the wordpress’ native comment function, I am not collecting any personal data like your IP-Adress for the comment system!
You can’t upload any media to the Webserver of www.ehrmann-digitalart.de! We are not collecting any personal data relating to this function!

At ehrmann-digitalart.de/contact you can find a small contact form. This is an optional offer for you to contact me on an easy way!
With the contact form you are sending me three private informations: your email address, your name and your message. Those data is saved to my email server, also located in Germany. Due to the purpose of archiving those messages are saved for six (6) months. If you want your data deleted, send me a message and I will remove everything!
To protect your data all the traffic is only transferred with a 2048 bit encryption! This makes it nearly impossible for hackers to steal it.
Your IP-Address is not saved at this time!

Most of the time the embedded contents are YouTube Videos. Those Videos are embedded with the “Lazy Load for Videos”-plugin. This does not only decrease the loading time of this website, it also forbids the communication with the YouTube-servers. If you want to watch a video, you need to click on the thumbnail, and only now the communication between YouTube and your computer will began.
Responsible for the data is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you want to now how they are practicing with your data, you need to read their privacy-policy.

All mails you sent to us, wether with the contact form or by your own, are kept until your issue has been solved! If this is the case your data is deleted from our mailserver! Data (Server-Log-Files) is collected technically (e.g your IP-Adress, time of your visit or duration) are kept for fourteen (14) days. After this time they are deleted automatically!

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Normally your data is not sent anywhere, unless it is not mentioned in 2.5 and 2.6! If you want your data to be sent to someone you need to give us the explicit agreement about doing this (e.g with a short mail).

The operating system of our servers (mailservers and webservers) are kept up to date by the admin, to get the highest security possible. The Content Management System is also kept up to date, so that possible security leaks are fixed as soon as possible. The communication with our servers is all the time encrypted. The admin is doing the best to keep your data safe!

In the unlikely event of a data breach we will do the best minimize the damage! If the leak means a risk for your rights and freedom we will inform you about the incident of course! Further we will contact the competent supervisory authorities.
